| Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award 2017 (List of Winners) |
Kerala Sahitya Akademi has announced Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award 2017 in thirteen categories viz. Poetry, Novel, Story, Drama, Literary Criticism, Biography and Autobiography, Travelogue, Humour, Translation, Children's Literature, Scholarly Literature, Miscellaneous Work, and Overall Contribution. These awards were announced on 23 January 2019. They were first awarded in 1958. Initially, the award was given only in two categories, Novel and Drama but it has expanded to thirteen categories. The award carries a cash prize of INR 30,000, a citation, a Ponnada, and a memento.
