List of Governors of Jammu and Kashmir

The Governor of Jammu and Kashmir is the constitutional head of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. He is appointed by the President of India and holds office at the President's pleasure.

Karan Singh was the first Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. He served in the office from 30 March 1965 to 15 May 1967. Narinder Nath Vohra was the longest serving Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, whereas Satya Pal Malik is the current Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.
